Driving meaningful change within an organization requires more than a strong idea—it demands strategic alignment, a compelling business case, and sustained stakeholder engagement. Join GBTA Chicago for an interactive and insight-rich afternoon focused on leading transformational change within corporate environments.

We are honored to welcome Morgan Maxwell, Bain & Company, as our keynote speaker. Morgan will guide attendees through a practical framework for identifying when change is necessary and how to successfully advocate for it within your organization. This session will explore how to build a persuasive business case, assess and secure the right resources, and maintain momentum through effective stakeholder engagement—both internally and externally. Attendees will also participate in hands-on exercises designed to apply these concepts in real time, ensuring actionable takeaways that can be implemented immediately.

Following the keynote, attendees will gain industry-specific perspective during a dynamic fireside chat moderated by Lisa Scott, SVP at BCD Travel. Lisa will connect the keynote themes directly to the evolving landscape of corporate travel management. She will be joined by Mary Rumer, GE Healthcare, and Colleen Kearney, longtime corporate travel leader, who will share firsthand insights into transformational changes within their travel programs. This candid discussion will highlight both successes and challenges, offering practical lessons learned and real-world applications for travel managers and suppliers alike.

This program is designed for professionals looking to drive change, influence decision-making, build alignment between program goals and KPIs, and elevate the impact of their travel programs within their organizations.

Following the program, we are excited to network over a happy hour at the beautiful Willis Tower!
